Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Vintage Inclined. If you’d like to return an item, we offer exchange or store credit only.

To start a return, please email info@vintageinclined.com within 7 days of receiving your item, including your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, items must be sent back within 10 days, in unworn condition and with original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return arrives, please allow 2–3 working days for your store credit or exchange to be processed.

Please keep in mind: Vintage is not brand new—minor signs of wear are part of each item’s story and charm. Any major flaws will always be noted in the item description.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Earrings

• End-of-season sale items (40% off or more)

• Pre-ordered items
